3. Fees

The active fee for this funnel is 25% of funds successfully recovered. You pay nothing upfront. If no funds are recovered, no fee is owed.

For the 20% version, clients typically retain 80% of the recovery amount. For the 25% version, clients typically retain 75% of the recovery amount. The selected version should match the signed agreement.

4. Handling Of Recovered Funds

Recovered funds are deposited into a regulated attorney trust account. Funds are never held directly by Surplus Fund Group. After distribution is authorized, the client's portion is sent via certified mail according to the signed agreement.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, promptly respond to reasonable document requests, and notify the team of competing claims, existing attorney representation, or prior communications regarding the same surplus funds.

6. No Guarantee Of Outcome

No result is guaranteed. Recovery depends on the specific case, court or county procedures, documentation, competing claims, lien priority, and applicable law. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

7. Cancellation And Termination

You may ask to stop before signing an agreement. After signing, cancellation rights and any applicable obligations are governed by the signed agreement and applicable law.

8. Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to be contacted by phone, text, and email regarding your claim. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP.

9. Intellectual Property
